EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER- HINTON ADMIRAL
Do you love working with young children and being outdoors? This could be the perfect role for you.
We’re looking for a Level 2 or 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our warm, established team at our Hinton setting.
Full year contract
30–37 hours per week (job share considered)
Salary: £12.71 – £13.73 per hour (depending on experience)
level 2 or 3 qualification required
Set within the beautiful Hinton Admiral Estate, our Forest Pre-School and Nursery offers something truly special — with private access to 2 acres of woodland, plus a paddock filled with vegetable patches, fruit trees and even chickens.
Your days will be spent supporting children’s learning through Forest School-inspired experiences — think climbing logs, splashing in streams, muddy digging, and cooking over a campfire.
We’re looking for someone who:
Holds a Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification
Enjoys working outdoors in all weathers
Is passionate about child-led learning and nature-based play
Experience in Forest School or outdoor education is a bonus, but not essential.
