Bank Staff
Swap your Monday desk for a woodland fire pit.
We're growing our bank staff team and looking for people who love the outdoors as much as we do.
Our sessions run rain or shine — from Forest Nursery and Preschool, to Teen groups and Holiday Clubs. We also run the Embers Project Hub, a home-ed, indoor, project-based session with its own unique rhythm — a lovely contrast to our woodland days.
We work with young people aged 1–16 across various locations in the New Forest and surrounding areas, and every setting has its own character, its own group, its own kind of magic.
We're looking for:
Flexible, reliable people who can step in for ad hoc sessions across our programmes. No two days look the same — one week you might be building dens with toddlers, the next tending a fire with teens, or supporting a focused project session at Embers.
What you'll need:
As part of our safer recruitment policy, all bank staff will need to complete reference checks and a DBS check.

Learning and Development Support Facilitator
Embers Project Hub (Alternative Provision)
Location: Bransgore, New Forest
Hours: 6.5 hours per week (Monday 9am-3.30pm)
Term: Term Time Only (39 weeks) We follow Hampshire School Terms.
Salary: £12.71-£14.03 per hour (dependent on qualifications & experience)
Are you enthusiastic, innovative, and ready for a role that values child autonomy and embraces project-based learning? As a key team player, you'll contribute to planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to different academic levels. Your role will be pivotal in fostering strong connections with children and their families, making a positive impact within our community.
You'll be collaborating to provide a nurturing and fun learning environment for a small group of children. While prior experience as a Teaching Assistant is beneficial, we welcome candidates with a genuine passion for creating an enriching educational experience.
